How to use:
Use your fingers to wind it up by pushing the interior ball in the direction of the arrows. Once you have it fully wound up you simply release the interior ball and it will begin spinning. Then you grip the overall device in your palm and move your hand around until you find the sweet spot where you can hear the interior ball spinning faster and faster. Once you find this motion you’ll also feel the resistance in your wrist and forearm. You then simply keep up this motion to keep the interior ball spinning. You can experiment with different ways to hold the ball and can also let it slow down and then attempt to speed it back up with your hand motions.
